Not to catch a cold – Tips against colds

Essential Oils:
Anise, Spruce Needles, Mint, Eucalyptus or Tea Tree Oil – the valuable medicinal oils purchased at pharmacies or specialty stores are able to stop a cold still in the bud. Simply rub the upper body with the oil of your choice – it prevents inflammation and clears the airways.

Staying warm:
The first symptom of a cold is usually chills; the body no longer has enough energy to produce heat. Therefore it is important to cover yourself well, from the cap to the thick winter boots.

Drink a lot:
Drink lots of herbal teas or hot water. Drinking a lot helps the body in the fight against pathogens. Sage, chamomile, fennel, mint, lime and elderflower infusions are particularly suitable.
